"Optika" would be in ancient Greek the translation of the word "perspective",
a fundamental process in the development of a building.
It is through refined horizontal and diagonal lines that perspective (and therefore volume) is created.
The three overlapping circles define the three architectural orders of Greek antiquity.
They define the proportions, styles and are identifiable on the ancient Greek buildings by the capitals
that can be seen on the upper part of the columns.
